What People Are Saying

Review rules

• Only clients with a completed appointment can write a review — each review is tied to a specific visit.
• You can edit your review from the business page; the edited version goes through moderation again before it is published.
• Moderation is done by MiEspacio, not by businesses: a business cannot approve, edit or delete reviews about itself.
• We remove reviews that break the rules: illegal content, personal attacks, spam or advertising, and third-party personal data. Never for being negative.
• False or unverifiable claims about crimes, health, qualifications or professional conduct are not allowed.
• Reviews from employees, family members, competitors or fake profiles are not allowed, nor are incentivized reviews.
• The business can reply publicly to any review — you will see its response next to the original opinion.
• Any user can report a review; we review it confidentially and may keep it, temporarily hide it or remove it if it breaks the rules.
• When you report a review you receive an acknowledgment with a reference and, after review, a reasoned decision by email. If you disagree with the moderation decision, you can ask us to review it by replying to that email or via support.
• To report a serious incident, a legal claim or a safety problem, use the support channel — a review is not a substitute for a formal complaint.
