Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit them. They are widely used to make websites work or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to site owners.

Cookies can be "first-party" (set by the website you are visiting) or "third-party" (set by other websites). They can be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (remain on your device for a defined period or until you manually delete them).

At MiEspacio we use the following categories of cookies:

• Essential cookies: Strictly necessary for the Platform to function. These include authentication cookies (keeping you logged in), security cookies (CSRF protection), language settings, and cookie consent preferences. They cannot be disabled as the Platform would not work properly without them.
• Analytics cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with the Platform by collecting information anonymously. We use these cookies to measure performance, identify popular pages, and detect technical issues. Data is aggregated and anonymized.
• Marketing cookies: Used to track visitors across websites in order to display relevant and engaging advertisements. They also help limit the number of times you see an ad and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. They are only activated with your explicit consent.

You have full control over which cookies you accept. You can manage your preferences in the following ways:

• Consent banner: When you first visit our Platform, a cookie banner is displayed where you can accept all, reject non-essential, or customize your preferences.
• Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can block or delete cookies, although this may affect Platform functionality.
• Opt-out tools: For Google analytics cookies, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Please note that disabling essential cookies may prevent certain Platform features from working properly, such as login or language selection.

Some third-party services integrated into our Platform may set their own cookies. These providers include:

• Google Analytics: For web traffic analysis and user behavior. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
• Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record for B2B subscriptions only): For secure billing of Businesses' subscriptions. Lemon Squeezy operates checkout on its own domain and may set session cookies during the subscription flow, governed by its own policy and outside the scope of MiEspacio's cookie banner. Privacy policy: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. These cookies are not set for consumers who only book.
• Business payment processors (Redsys, Stripe, etc.): when a Business directs the consumer to its own gateway's checkout to settle a booking, that processor sets its own cookies on the relevant domain. The applicable policy is the processor's and, where relevant, the Business's own. MiEspacio does not intervene.
• Sentry: For application error and performance monitoring. Privacy policy: sentry.io/privacy
• Google Maps: For maps and location functionality. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

We do not control third-party cookies. We recommend reviewing each provider's privacy policy for more information on how they handle your data.

If you have questions about our Cookie Policy or wish to exercise your rights regarding data collected through cookies, you can contact us:

• Privacy email: privacy@miespacio.app
• General inquiries: info@miespacio.app

You can also consult our Privacy Policy for more information on how we process your personal data.

This Cookie Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal reasons. We recommend reviewing it regularly.
