Getting Started
Registration, profile setup, and your first steps on the platform.
Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the page. Fill in the form with your name, email, and password. Then check your inbox and confirm your email by clicking the link in the verification email.
After registration, go to "Settings" → "Profile". Add a photo, enter your city, contact information, and a short bio. A complete profile helps other users and businesses find you.
Check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder in your inbox. If the email isn't there, click "Resend" on the login page. Make sure you entered the correct email address during registration.
After verifying your email, complete your profile, select your city, and choose categories that interest you. Then you can search for businesses, book services, or add your own company.
Search & Discovery
How to find businesses, services, and job listings.
Use the search field on the main page or go to the "Companies" section. You can filter results by city, category, rating, and distance. Map-based search is also available.
The restaurant vertical is currently marked as under development. You can keep the section visible, but table booking will be enabled in a separate release.
In the "Jobs" section, you can search by keywords, city, employment type, and salary. Click on a listing to see details and save it to your favorites for later.
Filters let you narrow down search results by category, location, rating, price, and other parameters. You can combine multiple filters at the same time. Click "Reset" to remove all filters.
Bookings
Scheduling appointments, modifying and canceling bookings.
Open the business page, select the service you need, choose a convenient date and time, then confirm the booking. You'll receive a confirmation via email and in-app notifications.
If a business requires payment, the booking page shows the deposit, remaining balance, cancellation policy, and payment method before confirmation.
Yes, when a company enables waitlists, you can save preferred dates, times, and staff. If a matching slot opens, you receive an offer you can confirm.
Some services require intake answers, consent signatures, contraindication checks, or uploaded files. Complete them during booking so the business is ready before you arrive.
Go to "My Bookings" in your profile. Find the booking and click "Cancel" or "Reschedule". Note that some businesses have minimum cancellation notice policies.
Yes, the system automatically sends reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment. You can customize or disable reminders in "Settings" → "Notifications".
Your full booking history is available in the "My Bookings" section. You can view past, current, and upcoming appointments, as well as leave reviews after your visit.
For Business
Adding your company, managing services, and business dashboard.
Go to the "For Business" section and click "Add Company". Fill in the form with your company details: name, address, category, description, and contact information. After moderation, your company will appear on the platform.
In the business dashboard, go to the "Services" section. Click "Add Service", enter the name, description, duration, and price. You can edit or remove services at any time.
After adding your company, go to the "Jobs" section in the business dashboard. Click "Create Job", fill in all fields (position, salary, requirements) and publish.
The business dashboard includes booking management, client management, services, team, analytics, and settings. You can see key metrics, upcoming appointments, and notifications in one place.
Payments & Plans
Pricing plans, billing, invoices, and free trial.
MiEspacio offers several plans: a free plan with basic features, and paid plans with advanced tools — CRM, analytics, loyalty programs, and more. See the "Pricing" page for details.
Yes, new businesses get a free trial to explore all features. No credit card is required to sign up. After the trial ends, you can choose the plan that suits you best.
Billing is monthly or annual (with savings). We accept bank cards. Invoices and receipts are available in "Settings" → "Billing".
Go to "Settings" → "Subscription". You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and the price difference is prorated.
Account & Security
Password, notifications, privacy, and data protection.
Go to "Settings" → "Security" and click "Change Password". Enter your current password and your new password twice. We recommend using a strong password at least 8 characters long.
In "Settings" → "Notifications", you can choose which notifications to receive: new bookings, messages, reviews, reminders, and platform updates. Email and push notifications are available.
MiEspacio is GDPR compliant. Your data is encrypted and stored on servers in Europe. You can download or delete your data at any time via "Settings" → "Privacy".
Go to "Settings" → "Account" → "Delete Account". Please note this is irreversible — all your data, bookings, and history will be permanently deleted.
Forum & Community
Creating topics, discussions, and community guidelines.
Go to the "Forum" section, choose the appropriate category, and click "Create Topic". Give it a clear title and describe your question or discussion in detail.
Open the topic, scroll to the bottom, and enter your reply in the comment field. You can also quote other users and attach images.
Be polite and constructive. Spam, insults, discrimination, and illegal content are prohibited. Violating the rules may result in account suspension. The full list of rules is available in the "Forum Rules" section.
Mobile Access
Using the platform on your smartphone and tablet.
Yes, MiEspacio is fully responsive for mobile devices. You can open the platform in any browser on your smartphone or tablet — everything works just like on desktop.
When you first visit the site on a mobile device, you'll be asked to allow notifications. Tap "Allow" to receive instant notifications about bookings, messages, and updates.
Click the language icon at the top of the page and select your preferred language. MiEspacio is available in Ukrainian, English, Spanish, Catalan, and Russian.
