General Questions
5MiEspacio is a platform for discovering businesses, services, restaurants, and job listings. For businesses, we offer a CRM system with bookings, client management, analytics, and loyalty programs.
Yes, basic features are free for all users: search, browsing companies, restaurants, jobs, forum, and blog. For businesses, there's a free plan with core features, plus paid plans with advanced tools.
Yes, you can browse companies, restaurants, and jobs without registration. However, booking, reviews, forum participation, and other interactive features require an account.
MiEspacio is available in five languages: Ukrainian, English, Spanish, Catalan, and Russian. You can switch languages anytime from the language selector.
Currently, MiEspacio operates primarily in Spain, but the platform is accessible from anywhere in the world. We plan to expand to other markets.
Account & Profile
5Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner. Fill in the form with your name, email, and password. Confirm your registration via the link sent to your email.
On the login page, click "Forgot Password?". Enter your email — you'll receive a recovery link. Follow the link and set a new password.
Go to "Settings" → "Security" → "Change Password". Enter your current password and new password twice for confirmation. Click "Save".
Go to "Settings" → "Account" → "Delete Account". Confirm the deletion. Warning: this action is irreversible — all your data, bookings, and history will be permanently deleted.
Go to "Settings" → "Notifications". Here you can enable or disable various notification types: new bookings, forum replies, reminders, and platform updates.
Bookings & Services
8Open the business page, select a service, choose a date and time, and confirm the booking. You'll receive a confirmation via email and in-app notifications.
If a business requires a deposit or prepayment, the amount, remaining balance, cancellation window, and no-show rules are shown before you confirm. Payment is handled by the business's secure payment provider.
For services that support it, you can join the waitlist with your preferred date, time, and staff. When a matching slot opens, you receive a time-limited offer to confirm it.
Beauty, wellness, health, and pet services may require questionnaires, contraindication checks, consent signatures, or file uploads before the visit. Required steps are shown during booking.
Restaurant reservations are a separate vertical currently marked as under development. When enabled, restaurant pages will show their own reservation flow and policies.
Go to "My Bookings" in your profile. Find the booking and click "Cancel" or "Reschedule". Note that some businesses have minimum cancellation notice policies.
Yes, the system automatically sends reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment. You can customize or disable reminders in "Settings" → "Notifications".
After your visit, you can leave a review and rating (1–5 stars) for the business or service. The rating is calculated based on the average of all reviews. This helps other users make informed decisions.
For Business
5Go to "For Business" → "Add Company". Fill in the form with your info: name, address, category, description, contacts. After moderation, your company will appear on the platform.
After adding your company, go to the business dashboard → "Jobs" → "Create Job". Fill in the form with the position, requirements, salary, and publish.
The business dashboard includes: booking management, CRM for clients, service catalog, team management, analytics & reports, loyalty programs, profile settings, and online booking.
Yes, MiEspacio has a built-in CRM system. You can maintain a client database, track visit history, segment your audience, and set up automated messages.
The loyalty program lets you reward repeat customers with points, tiers, and personalized offers. It encourages return visits and increases client retention.
Payments & Plans
5MiEspacio offers a free plan with basic features plus paid plans (Solo, Growth, Pro, Scale, Enterprise) with advanced tools. See the "Pricing" page for details.
Yes, new businesses get a free trial to explore all features. No credit card required. After the trial, you can choose the plan that suits you best.
Billing is monthly or annual (with up to 20% savings). We accept bank cards via secure Redsys and Stripe payment systems. Invoices are available in the "Billing" section.
Go to "Settings" → "Subscription". You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and the price difference is prorated.
Yes, if you're unsatisfied with the service, contact our support within the first 30 days after payment. We'll review your refund request.

5Yes, MiEspacio is fully responsive for mobile devices. You can use the platform in any browser on your smartphone or tablet.
MiEspacio is GDPR compliant. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, and stored on servers in Europe. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
MiEspacio works in all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera. We recommend using the latest version for the best experience.
