Legal Notice

In compliance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following information identifying the operator of this website is provided:

• Operator: Bohdan Hordiychuk
• Tax ID (NIF/NIE): Y9939706V
• Status: self-employed professional (autónomo) based in Alicante, Spain
• Registered address: Alicante, España
• Contact email: legal@miespacio.app

As an individual self-employed professional, the operator is not entered in the Mercantile Registry; such registration is not mandatory for this category under Spanish law.

MiEspacio is an online platform that connects consumers with local service businesses — beauty & wellness, pet care and veterinary services and other sectors — enabling discovery, online booking and communication, and provides those businesses with management tools (CRM, calendar, public profile and analytics). Use of the platform is free for consumers.

Access to and browsing of this website attributes the condition of user and implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice and of the Terms of Service. Users undertake to make lawful use of the website and its contents and not to engage in any conduct that could damage the operator, other users or third parties.

All trademarks, trade names, logos, texts, graphics, designs, software and other contents of this website are owned by the operator or by third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the prior written authorisation of the holder is prohibited, except in cases permitted by law.

The operator acts as an intermediary marketplace: it facilitates discovery, booking and communication, but does not itself provide the services booked through the platform, which are rendered exclusively by the listed businesses. The operator is not liable for the availability, quality, accuracy or lawfulness of those services or of content published by businesses or users. The operator applies reasonable means to keep the website available, secure and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors beyond its control.

The processing of personal data carried out through this website is governed by our Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies and similar technologies by our Cookie Policy.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute:

• Consumers resident in the European Union benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules and the courts of their country of residence.
• For any other relationship, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante (Spain), save for any mandatory rule to the contrary.

The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228). For consumer complaints you may turn to the competent alternative dispute resolution entities (see our Complaints page) and, for cross-border disputes within the EU, to the European Consumer Centre in Spain (portal-cec.consumo.gob.es).
