This commitment is a goodwill commercial policy offered by MiEspacio and does not constitute a legal guarantee under Article 1591 of the Spanish Civil Code or a commercial guarantee under Article 125 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish Consumer Act). Your rights as a consumer against the service provider (including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, the legal warranty regime and liability for defective services) prevail over what is stated here. Application of this commitment is subject to the conditions listed below; MiEspacio acts as an intermediary between you and the booked business.

Satisfaction commitment
If an experience falls short of what could reasonably be expected, we will mediate between you and the business to find a solution within the coverage described. Without prejudice to your statutory rights under Spanish consumer law.
Booking protection
A confirmed booking remains valid except for justified causes attributable to the business. If the business cancels without cause, we will help you find an alternative or process the refund of the amount actually charged by our platform.
Price transparency
We display the total price including applicable VAT and itemise any additional charges before confirmation, in line with Article 60 of the Spanish Consumer Act.
Clear cancellation
Each business's cancellation policy is shown before booking. As a distance consumer you also retain the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 102 of the Spanish Consumer Act, where applicable.
